Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23/02/2026
1. Introduction
Frequent Reviews ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service (the website and review-request automation tools).
2. Information we collect
We collect information you provide (e.g. account details, business name, review URL, messaging preferences) and data necessary to operate the Service (e.g. payment events from Stripe, email/phone hashes for deduplication and opt-out). We do not store full customer phone numbers or email content beyond what is needed to send review requests and honour unsubscribes.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to send review requests on your behalf; to enforce our terms and prevent abuse; and to communicate with you about the Service. We use hashed identifiers (e.g. phone hash, email hash) for cooldowns and opt-out lists so we can avoid duplicate or unwanted messages without retaining raw contact data longer than necessary.
4. Data sharing and third parties
We use third-party services (e.g. Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, Resend, Vercel) to run the Service. They process data according to their own policies. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
5. Data retention and security
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the Service and to comply with legal obligations. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. When customers opt out, we retain only what is necessary to honour that opt-out (e.g. hashed identifiers).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, or if you have questions about this policy, contact us at support@frequentreviews.com.
7. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
