By accessing or using Frequent Reviews ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of service
Frequent Reviews provides tools to send automated review requests (by email and/or SMS) to your customers after payment, including integration with Stripe, Twilio, and similar services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable law (e.g. consent for SMS, CAN-SPAM and GDPR for email).
3. Your obligations
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must obtain any required consent from customers before sending them messages. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass, or violate any third-party rights.
4. Fees and payment
Fees (if any) are as described on our website or in your account. You are responsible for any taxes. We may change pricing with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frequent Reviews and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, indemnity) will survive termination.
